You always have two message boards where you can communicate with your writers and editors: the Document Message Board for a specific job, and the Profile Message Board found on the writer/editor's profile. Open up any document that is in progress or completed, and on the left-hand side look for the Document Message Board. This keeps the communication tied to the document so you it's easy to refer back to a conversation associated with that particular job. Anywhere that you can click on the writer or editor's name/photo, you can click to open their profile and use the Profile Message Board for general communications. The Profile Message Board has an attach file button so you can send Word docs, PDFs, etc. with instructions or other materials. Can't find an old message from a writer? Go to the Inbox and find the message, then click View/Reply to open the corresponding message board. Just want to send a note to one of your writers? Click on Service Providers to see a list of your favorite writers (or editors). Then click on View Profile for them and send a note. Want to message all of your writers/editors at once? Click on Service Providers and check the box at the top-right corner of the list of writers to select them all. Scroll down and use the dropdown box below the table to select "Send/post a bulk message." This will trigger a message and email notification to each of your writers.
