On the Pending Review tab of a project, you will see all documents that have been submitted to you. Open each document and review the content, then decide on whether you are ready to approve, decline, or request revisions. For Writer Auditions, you have several options:

• Add this writer to my team!"
— and purchase the content
— but do not purchase the content (you like the writer, but you don't need this short sample)

• "Do not add this writer to my team"
— the writer's submission will be declined and the writer cannot re-apply to this audition

• Request revisions — Don't bother with revising this short content if you are not going to publish it, unless you aren't sure about the writer and need to see how they handle a revision request. If you are going to use/publish the content, then feel free to make any revision requests you need! For all other writing and editing jobs besides auditions:
When you are ordering any kind of content besides auditioning writers, you have several review options:
Approve and purchase the content • Decline the writer/editor and reassign or cancel the job completely • Request revisions from the writer or editor (free and unlimited revisions are allowed; but if more than a few rounds of revisions, consider whether the writer is simply not a good match, or perhaps you would save yourself some time by simply approving the writer and editing the content yourself. • Hire an editor - Want to take your content from good to great? If you haven’t already, you can hire a Zerys Network Editor to refine and polish your content. • Send for additional review and invite a coworker or other person on your team into the document to provide feedback and suggest improvements! Each of these options walks you through the steps you need to take. When approving a writer/editor, you will be asked to rate their work. When declining a writer/editor, you will need to provide some kind of explanation so the writer/editor has feedback about how they can improve.
